Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked sticky rice
- 7 ounces finely ground pork
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 7 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into half-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped to the size of green peas
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1,5-2 cups water (you should try out boiling chicken stock if possible)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil for deep frying
