  • FOR THE TOMATO JAM (makes 4 cups):
  • one 28-ounce can whole San Marzano tomatoes
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
