- large handful fresh cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)
- ¼-½ red onion (very thinly sliced)
- ½ habanero pepper, finely diced (wear gloves and be extremely careful)
- ¼-½ teaspoon jalapeño hot sauce (depending on heat preference)
