- 1 shallot (diced fine, or red onion)
- 6 cherry tomatoes (quartered, omit for nightshade-free)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 avocado (cubed, omit for low fat PSMF)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (2-4 limes)
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil (use 1 tablespoon for low fat PSMF)
- 1/2 tablespoon monk fruit (granulated)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more, to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha (omit for nightshade-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- chopped cilantro (for topping, optional)
