Root Beer Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box White Cake Mix (I used Pillsbury Classic White Cake Mix)
- 1 cup Root Beer (substitute for the water)
- 3 Eggs (or per your cake mix directions)
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil (or per your cake mix directions)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened (2 sticks ))
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar (Sifted)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon root beer concentrate
- 4 tablespoon milk
- Food Coloring Gel - optional
