Homemade Marshmallow Fluff
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or the seeds of 1 vanilla bean)
