- 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 tsp (10 mL) dried basil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano
- ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
- ½ tsp (2 mL) pepper
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) hot pepper flakes
