Ingredients
- * 1 medium capsicum (green bell pepper or shimla mirch) -chopped
- * 2 large tomato or 150 gram tomato chopped
- * 1 medium onion or 50 gram onion chopped
- * 1/2 inch ginger (adrak) plus 2-3 garlic (lahsun) -made into a paste in a
- mortar pestle or 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- * 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (lal mirch powder) or add a required
- * 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- * 2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala or add a required
- * 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed (jeera)
- * 2 tablespoon butter or oil or 1/2 1/2 of both
- * 1 small to medium carrot (gajar) -chopped
- * 1 medium potato (aloo) -chopped
- * 1/2 cup green pea (matar) -fresh or frozen
- * 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or a required
- * a few chopped coriander leaf (dhania patta) or parsley leaf
