Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (100gr) sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 yuzu, zested and pureed to get about 1/3 cup pulp/juice
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup granulated sugar (50gr to 100gr)
