Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 400g can chopped tomato
• handful basil leaf
• pinch bicarbonate of soda
• 600ml milk
