- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon gochujang
- 1 cup cooked brown rice or white rice (preferably a day old)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish
- 1 small sheet of kim/roasted seaweed, thinly sliced, for garnish
