- 1 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cold water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, at room temperature, plus whipped cream for serving
- 1 teaspoon clear imitation vanilla
- 1/2 cup colored sprinkles
