- 500 grams squash (kalabasa), cubed
- 200 grams string beans (sitaw), sliced
- 6 pieces okra, halved
- 1 bitter gourd (ampalaya), seeded and sliced
- 2 eggplants, sliced diagonally
- 500 grams ground beef
