Ingredients
- 2 small tomatoes grated
- 4 to 6 tbsps oil
- 1 tamarind soaked in a little water
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 6 to 8 slices of unsweetened white bread
- Salt to taste
- 1 big bunch of coriander leaves
- ½ bunch Fenugreek
- 1 medium sized onion
- 8 to 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 2 green chillies
