• 2 cups ( 400 g) plus 1 tablespoon sugar, divided
• 1 cup heavy cream , at room temperature
• 1/4 cup ( 34 g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 5 large eggs , at room temperature
