- 2 cups (500ml) chicken or beef stock (or water)
- 1 cup (250ml) strong coffee
- 3/4 cup (170g) diced or crushed canned tomatoes (not drained)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as harissa or Sriracha
