Orange and Clove Basque Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Cooking spray
• 2 pounds cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup packed light brown sugar
• 6 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 ¾ cups heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon orange zest plus 2 Tbsp. fresh juice
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¾ teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 tablespoon orange liqueur, such as Triple Sec or Grand Marnier (optional)
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
