Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oat flour (I just blended 1.5 cups of old fashioned oats until a fine flour was reached)
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw (or omit and just use 1/2 cup of granulated sugar)
- 3/4 cup cooked California sweetpotato
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan if using vegan chocolate chips)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup craisins
