- 2 cups kale, snugly packed
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon ginger root
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil + more for cooking
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 packet dumpling or wonton wrappers, defrosted if necessary (at least 40 wrappers)
