- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups Warm water (may need more, see instructions)

- 3 cups Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamon
- 2/3 cup Crushed pistachios
