Ingredients
- 3 pounds fresh spinach (we can also use 3 &1/2 pounds frozen spinach)
- 2 leeks chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 bunch scallions chopped
- 1 bunch dill chopped
- 1/2 pound crumbled feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- nutmeg, salt, black pepper
- 6 - 9 thick phyllo dough sheets (should be about 2 inches bigger, around your baking pan).
- plus olive oil for brushing
- 2 pounds plus 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 - 2,5 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1,5 teaspoons salt
