Ingredients
- 6 cups grated carrots
- 6 tablespoons ghee
- 2 teaspoons ghee
- 1 cup grated khoya or mawa (thickened milk)
- 0.75 - 1 cups sugar, depending on how sweet your carrots are and how sweet you like your desserts
- 0.25 cups total of almonds, cashews, & raisins
- 2 teaspoons slivered or chopped almonds, for garnish
- 0.5 teaspoons cardamom powder
