- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons Chinese chile garlic paste (preferably Lan Chi), or to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions (from 1 bunch)
- 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds (optional)
