Ingredients
- 1 pound stewing veal meat
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium carrot, chopped the same size as the onion
- 1 tsp, heaping, of sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 TB fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 1-3 ½ cups warm chicken stock
- 1 TB butter, unsalted
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
