- 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick

- 1 Tablespoon Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro,Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Mint, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Tandoori Masala Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Biryani Masala Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Ghee / Clarified Butter
- 2 Medium Red Onion,chopped
- 1 Large Tomato,chopped
- A pinch Orange-Red Food Color(optional)
- 1 Cup Water
- For Rice:
- 1 Cup Long Grain Basmati Rice/ Long Grain Rice, washed and soaked for 15 Mins
- 4 Green Cardamoms
- 5 Peppercorns
- 2 Bay Leaf, Whole
- Salt as per taste
- 1 Inch Cinnamon stick
- For Fried Onion/ Birista:
- 1 Large Red Onion,sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
- For Garnish:
- 2 Teaspoon,Ghee
- 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped
- a Pinch Saffron soaked in 1/4 Cup Tablespoon Warm Milk
