- * 2 egg, lightly beaten
- * 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- * * 1/2 can thin sliced bamboo shoot ( should look like toothpick)
- * *chopped cilantro
- * * pinch of kosher salt plus -
- * *1 tbsp red chili paste
- * * 1/4 lb pork, sliced thin 1/8 to 3/16 thick
- * * 1/2 lb salad shrimp
