Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 tbsp sesame or peanut oil
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp garlic chili pepper sauce (more if you like it spicy)
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped or minced
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped or minced (I used roasted garlic for a sweeter, milder flavor)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 lb or 225g of beef , thinly sliced
