- For the lamb:
- 2 pounds bone-in lamb rib chops (about 8 chops)
- 4 ounces ham, very finely chopped (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- About 1/2 cup vegetable oil
