Spicy Soft Tacos with Poached Cod
Ingredients
- 453 g fresh Cod (, skinned and de-boned (you can use from frozen))
- 6 Peppercorns
- 1 small onion, (, quartered)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 3 Green onions
- 1/2 Jalapeno pepper ((seeded))
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
