Ingredients
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt

- ¼ to ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin (I used canned pumpkin)
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
