- 10 ounces mushrooms, wiped clean, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced bamboo shoots, drained
- 1/2 to 1 pound package frozen cubed chicken breasts
- 10 ounces package thawed frozen petite peas
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, or Oriental chili paste with garlic
