- 1/4 cup Arame
- 2 quarts Water
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or Brown Rice Vinegar
- 1 cup Mellow White Miso Paste
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
