- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fruit Salt
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til)
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Green Chillies
- Pinch of hing
- 2.0 stalks curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 2 teaspoon chopped coriander (dhania)
