- 1 pound lean ground beef, preferably grass-fed
- 1 anchovy fillet, smashed into a paste
- Seasoned Breadcrumbs {made with ingredients above}
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- olive oil for frying
- 2 (28 ounce) cans San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
