- 1 cup (2 sticks) plus 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
- ½ cup (packed) light brown sugar
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
