Real Cuban Rabo Encendido Oxtail Stew Recipe

• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 bay leaves, dried
• 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce ( goya is best)
• 1 1/2 cups dry cooking wine
• 2 1/2 cups beef broth
