- 10 oz lo mein noodles (spaghetti is ok too if you can't find lo mein noodles)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (or more if you like it hot)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 carrots (or 8-10 baby carrots)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 8 oz. cooked shrimp
