Ingredients
- 2 8-10 oz sushi grade tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons yuzu juice (or equal parts lemon and lime juice)
- 3 tablespoons good quality Mayo (I use Kewpie)
- 1/2 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon wasabi powder (mustard powder also works)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1-2 ripe avocados, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1-2 tablespoons furikake seasoning
- 4 good quality hot dog rolls
