Ingredients
- 400 grams potatoes boiled & mashed, around 2-3 medium potatoes
- 6-7 small bell peppers (capsicum/shimla mirch) each weighing around 75-80 grams
- 3 tablespoons oil divided, I used avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander seeds crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon hing asafoetida
- 1 medium red onion chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur dried mango powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder or to taste
- 3/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
