- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- Scant 1/4 cup dark rum (optional)
- 10 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces bittersweet chocolate, tempered
