- 2.5 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
