- 3 oz lean boneless pork
- 1 oz dried chinese mushrooms (about 10 large)
- 1 oz bean thread noodles (transparent noodles, about 1/2 pkg)
- 10 oz fresh bean curd (1 cake)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 qt chicken stock
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp chinese red vinegar (may substitute cider vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp scallions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
