- 0.5 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)

- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 0.25 teaspoon fenugreek (methi) seeds
- 0.25 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (rai / sarson) oil
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 cups paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
- Oil for greasing and cooking
