- a handful of chopped coriander
- 1 n 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp of dry bread crumbs
