- 1 large panettone or brioche baked in a loaf pan
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
