Mango Chia Seed Pudding

  • 75 grams   Maple Syrup
  • 300 grams   Coconut milk or dairy free milk
  • 50 milliliters   Water
  • 0.33 Cups   Chia Seeds
  • 200 grams   Mangoes or preferred fruit

Mix maple syrup, coconut milk, chopped mangoes in a blender until smooth.

Transfer fruit mix to a container and slowly add the chia seeds, while using a whisk.

Let sit for one hour.

Add small chopped mango and mix. If you want to make the pudding a thinner consistency, add more milk.
