  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • fresh cranberries
  • crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp sugar, for dusting the glass
  • 1 thyme sprig, for garnish
Instructions

Place a good amount of sugar on a small plate. Use a small piece of lemon to set the rim. Dip the glass rim in the sugar to coat. We added 1 tbsp of sugar to the ingredient list for the nutritional information, it of course depends on how much sticks!Fill a lowball glass with a good amount of crushed ice. Set aside.Using a cocktail shaker, add the whisky, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Pour the whisky mixture in to the prepared glass.

Garnish with fresh cranberries and a thyme sprig.
