Instructions

Melt the butter on a stove or in the microwave.After that, combine the melted butter with the honey in small mixing bowl.Season the pork chops with some salt and black pepper.

Place them in a baking dish.

Pour the beer in the dish.Preheat the oven to 400C degrees.Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake the chops for about 1 hour in the oven.After 1 hour, remove the aluminium foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes without foil.Check meat for doneness and serve.
