

Preheat your oven to 400° FLine a baking sheet
Chop Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters
Add chopped Brussels sprouts to a large mixing bowl and coat with 3 tbsp of olive oil
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread Brussels sprouts out on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
Cook for 20-25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender
Remove from the oven and pour the Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl
Add the Dijon mustard and garlic paste and mix until the Brussels sprouts are well coated
