

Preheat the oven at 180C and line a 8 inch round cake pan with a parchment paper
Sieve the flour with baking powder and keep aside
Cream together butter and sugar with the grated orange zest in a bowl
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well
Add the vanilla and orange juice to the mixture and beat for few seconds
Lastly add the chocolate chips and fold the mixture twice.
Spoon the cake mixture to the prepared 8 inch round pan
Bake for 20- 25 minutes , or until a cake tester inserted comes out clean
